IMPORTANT - ANY AND ALL ADVANCE PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE READ OUR POLICY ON ADVANCE PAYMENTS IN IT'S ENTIRETY BEFORE PLACING ANY ADVANCE PAYMENT! Advance Payments to purchase (hold) a puppy: Once you pick a puppy and make an advance payment we no longer offer that puppy to potential buyers so any and all advance payments will be non-refundable. If you make a pick that pick is final, we will not transfer advance payments due to size or eye color, however if you have a special personal circumstance arise we are willing to discuss transfer, but we are not obligated to transfer an advance payment once a puppy has been selected and reserve the right to deny any transfer. If a transfer is granted it will be one time only and your name will be added to the bottom of the litter list you choose.
Pick of the Litter Advance Payments (PAP): We are no longer doing PAP, see "Litter Lists" below.
Litter Lists: We make a list for each litter and add people in the order they inquire. Once a breeding has taken place we will contact each person to verify they still want a puppy, once all the contacts have been made we will update the list, removing only those who ask to be removed or the ones we were unable to contact after 2 attempts. Once the litter has arrived we will contact each person still on the list in the order they inquired to come out (if applicable) and make their pick.
If you want to be added to a list, please email or call us with a phone number where you can most often be reached as well as an email address (if available). We make 2 attempts, 24 hours a part to the phone number or numbers and/or email address provided before moving on to the next person on the list.
ALL picks MUST be made in a timely manner. Pick visit must be scheduled within 7 days of our contacting you. For those unable to make a pick in person, we will take extra photos of the puppy or puppies being considered and will ask that you make a decision in a timely manner.
Visiting & Appointments IMPORTANT - IF YOU HAVE VISITED ANOTHER KENNEL IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS WE ASK THAT YOU LET US KNOW THIS PRIOR TO ARRIVING. We will ask that you not wear the same shoes or outer clothing (coats, gloves etc.) that you wore to the other kennel(s). Please do not plan to visit us the same day you are visiting another kennel unless we are your first stop, we can not allow you to come that day if you must visit another kennel first, thanks for your understanding. We must take every precaution to protect the puppies and our adult dogs from transferable diseases or viruses and, again, thank you for your understanding.
KENNEL VISITS: We do not have to have puppies available for you to schedule
a kennel visit, we welcome visits, just ask that you call to schedule an appointment. We do kennel visits on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month by appointment only. We can and will make other appointments if necessary, just give us a call to discuss dates and times. You will be given full access to where our puppies are raised and to their parents, all our dogs are friendly and love attention.
PUPPY PICKS & VISITING: We are available for day, evening or weekend appointments almost all the time, we try to be very flexible with viewing and visitations but ask that you please schedule an appointment.
Viewing & Holding Puppies: We allow viewing ONLY at about 1 week of age and you may hold the puppies at 4 weeks of age. Even if you purchase a puppy you will not be allowed to hold him/her until they are 4 weeks old, this protects your puppy as well as the rest of the litter.
We do not allow children under the age of 10 to hold a puppy of any age unless you have purchased the puppy. Parents who have purchased puppies and choose to allow small children to hold them take full responsibility should any thing happen. If something were to happen (God forbid), you would be expected to pay the balance on the puppy immediately. We do not mean to sound as if we dislike children, nothing could be further from the truth, but we had a 4 year old almost kill a puppy before we could get it out of his hands so we decided it would be best to limit the age of the children allowed to hold the babies. He of course did not mean to hurt the puppy, he just didn't realize what he was doing.
Vet visits, wormings & shots Puppies will have a health check, tails and dewclaws removed before they are 4 days old. All our puppies are wormed at 2, 4 & 6 weeks of age with medication provided by our vet. We do not give shots, that should always be done by a licensed vet.
When can your puppy go home? Puppies go home at 7 weeks of age.
Health Guarantee Each puppy comes with a health guarantee. You MUST visit your vet within 72 hours of picking up your puppy for the guarantee to be valid. We guarantee all our puppies against congenital defects for a period of 1 year. If you are interested in a puppy please ask us for a copy of our full guarantee when you visit, or we can mail you one if you like. Download a PDF (you will need Acrobat Reader to view the download) of our Purchase Contract and Health Guarantee here Circle B Aussies Purchase Contract/Health Guarantee Eye Color/Size Guarantee We can not and do not guarantee eye color nor size. We do our best to give buyers our experienced opinion but can, and have been wrong before. Eye color can change for up to 1 year (most do not take that long, but it can). Size is estimated only, we have no way of knowing for sure if your toy will remain a toy by ASDR requirements (14" or under). If your puppy goes home with blue eyes it does not mean they will stay blue and we do not guarantee such. All our dogs carry for blue eyes but we make no guarantee as to eye color at any age. We will not hold a puppy until their eyes open nor allow a buyer to transfer an advance payment once a pick has been made due to an unwanted eye color.
